Pavia & George | A Greek-Lebanese Wedding in Joburg

Pavia & George | A Greek-Lebanese Wedding in Joburg

It’s always so very interesting to us to hear the songs that couples choose to do their first dances to, or that a bride chooses to walk down the isle to. It says so much about the time that the newlydweds met and fell in love, who they are as people, their culture and ideas. We’ve seen some incredible first dances and heard some amazing DJ’s and bands play at weddings…and Pavia and George’s wedding reception is definitely going down in our memories as one of the BEST we have been to in the 15 years that we’ve been shooting weddings! It was the most buoyant and energetic guest crowd we’ve seen at a wedding - not to mention the bride herself - who is a professional dancer…

P & G’s gorgeous Greek-Lebanese wedding was coordinated by the breathtaking Bianca Sadie of Bianca Citron Events. This lady is everywhere and inconspicuous at the same time. Unassuming and an absolute asset at a wedding - she puts the couple and their needs centre stage and makes the magic happen every single time!

We absolutely adored the modern decor - informal, café-style seating, food stations and drink bars scattered around the venue…and elegant floral designs with fun pops of colour.

And then, the cherry on top - the magnificent Mr. & Mrs. Messiou!

Pavia and George, although we didn’t get to spend a lot of time together, it was evident from the wedding speeches and the way your family and friends love and care that you are a match made in heaven! We wish you a beautiful life together!

Love, The ESTILO Team
